Developed from the work I did with Partners in Care and health on shared workforce priorities what I was at Skills for Care and updated in 2024, the workforce together I/we statements were the next logical step. Coproduced with Curators of Change the workforce together I/we statements can be used as a common language to help us all work out together the things we can do to support and empower people who who work in all aspects of social care.
