Over many years I have done team building with everyone from home care workers to integrated teams to senior leadership teams. I’ve developed loads of different teambuilding exercises, and tweaked many exercises from colleagues. A lot of them only exist in paper form, so I thought this would be a good place to share them and make them free for everybody else to use.
