These two reports written by Melanie Henwood explore the learning from over thirty projects I commissioned when I was at Skills for Care. The end of life care projects that I mention in the week three blog are highlighted in the second report. They are not currently available on the Skills for Care website. They are an early example of exploring workforce issues at in a neighbourhood place based. I’ve also added the write up by Debbie Andalo of a Guardian roundtable on this work.
